Reindeer cookies.

Today I have something for not a bi lover of gingerbreads that still want to eat some festive cookies and feel christmasy! 
This recipe is for butter cookies, sweet, delicious, and super easy to do!

Ingredients for 40 cookies:

180 g butter (cold)
200g caster sugar
350 g wheat flour
1 large egg
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract or seeds of 1 vanilla pod
pinch of salt

Put everything into one bowl and mix everything together. If your mixture is too sticky add more flour, if it’s too dry- add one extra yolk or a little bit of yoghurt.

 Bake in 180ºC for 10-15 minuter. And decor as you wish!
